Abstract:
A method, device, and system for detecting a patient movement state: acquiring initial current position information (that is, first reference coordinate information) once a patient is set up, acquiring current position information (that is, first coordinate information) of the patient during a radiotherapy (201); producing second reference coordinate information and second coordinate information in a treatment bed coordinate system when the first reference coordinate information and the first coordinate system undergo a coordinate conversion (202); and performing treatment management with respect to the patient on the basis of the second coordinate information and of the second reference coordinate system (203). During the radiotherapy, a determination can be made in real time on whether the patient has moved, thus implementing the real-time tracking of movements of the patient. Accordingly, reliable treatment management is performed with respect to the patient on the basis of a movement state, radiation is effectively prevented from irradiating other normal organs due to a movement made by the patient that would cause the problem of the other normal organs being injured due to being accidentally irradiated, and the precision of the radiotherapy is increased.
