Title:
METHOD OF DISPLAYING PROTEIN
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2006/123445
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A method of displaying a protein comprising the steps of translating an mRNA in a sample using a cell extract solution, and, by skipping at least one kind of stop codon at this time, obtaining a complex containing a combined body of mRNA and a protein produced by the translation thereof is provided. When the mRNA in the sample is translated using the cell extract solution, at least one kind of stop codon can be skipped by adding at least one kind of mutated tRNA in which the anticodon of amino acid tRNA has been replaced with an anticodon corresponding to the stop codon.
