Abstract:
The purpose of the present disclosure is to provide a method for enhancing the activity in a graft, particularly in a sheet-like cell culture containing a somatic cell, the enhanced activity being selected from a group consisting of cytokine productivity, proliferation potency, engraftment properties, angiogenic capabilities and tissue regeneration capabilities. The foregoing has been achieved by a method involving a step for incubating a graft at 25°C or higher.
