Abstract:
Provided are a nonwoven fabric producing method and equipment that improve strippability from a collector and that are for producing a nonwoven fabric continuously for a prolonged time. A nonwoven fabric (11) is produced by moving an electrified belt (13) in the longitudinal direction thereof through a first-layer formation step, a second-layer formation step, and a stripping step. In the first-layer formation step, a first solution (16) is electrified to form a first layer (11a). In the second-layer formation step, a second solution (17) is electrified to form a second layer (11b). In the stripping step, the nonwoven fabric (11) provided with the first layer (11a) and the second layer (11b) is stripped from the electrified belt (13). The first solution (16) has a higher polymer concentration than the second solution (17).
