Abstract:
A method for evaluating a mechanical state of a high-voltage shunt reactor on the basis of a vibration feature, relating to the field of fault diagnosis technology for electrical devices. Said method is based on historical state data and real-time vibration noise signal data of a high-voltage shunt reactor, compares, by means of an LSTM neural network time sequence prediction method, a deviation between a predicted feature value and an actual feature value, measures whether a mechanical defect or fault occurs in the high-voltage shunt reactor, and comprises: S1, acquiring a vibration signal and a noise signal of the high-voltage shunt reactor, and performing data preprocessing; S2, establishing an LSTM neural network model and configuring parameters; S3, using the LSTM neural network to predict a fundamental frequency amplitude value of the signal; and S4, comparing the deviation between the predicted feature value and the actual feature value, etc, and using a comprehensive deviation factor to evaluate the mechanical operation state of the high-voltage shunt reactor.
