Abstract:
[Problem] To evaluate a surfactant. [Solution] This method for evaluating a surfactant for dispersing a first material in a second material comprises: a measurement step for, after each of different elapsed times t, measuring the interfacial tension γ of the first material in relation to the second material in a condition in which the surfactant is used; and an approximation formula calculation step for using the measurement results of the measurement step to calculate an approximation formula representing the interfacial tension γ as the sum of a plurality of terms including a first term represented by expression (1) and a second term represented by expression (2). (In expression (1), A and a are constants. In expression (2), B and b are constants. a ≥ b.)
