Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method of extracting caffeic acid and rosmarinic acid from rosemary, and more specifically, to a method of extracting caffeic acid and rosmarinic acid from rosemary, the method comprising the steps of: (S1) preparing an extraction device comprising an extractor and a receiver, wherein the extractor allows a solution contained in a main body to pass through a filtration membrane, and via a dripper unit connected to a lower portion of the main body, allows the filtered solution to drip out of the lower portion, and the receiver is positioned below the extractor and catches the filtered solution dripping from the dripper unit; (S2) placing dried rosemary in the main body, adding a solvent to the main body, and immersing the dried rosemary therein at room temperature; and (S3) letting the solution with the dried rosemary immersed therein drip from the dripper unit to the receiver.
