Abstract:
Method for filling and sealing non-standard containers (10) having one or more flexible sides (12). Non-standard container (10) for holding fluid is releasably supported on a retainer device (24) during the filling and sealing process. The interior volume (18) of the container (10) is expanded to a non-relaxed state before filling with fluid. Both the interior and exterior of the filled container (10) are subjected to an environment of reduced pressure to minimize the headspace and sealed.
