Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for formulating a spatio-temporal combined optimization scheduling policy for mobile energy storage, the technical characteristics of which lie in comprising: inputting data of a power system, a traffic system and mobile energy storage; setting a time interval, and initializing a time interval counter; and inputting real-time data of a fault, traffic and mobile energy storage, solving receding horizon optimization, and issuing a mobile energy storage regulation and control decision instruction until the fault ends. The core of the present invention is to propose a spatio-temporal combined optimization model for mobile energy storage, which describes a spatio-temporal coupling state of an energy storage vehicle, a traffic network and a power distribution network. On this basis, uncertain factors such as traffic jams are analyzed, a mobile energy storage receding horizon optimization framework for the real-time correction of a regulation and control policy is constructed, and receding horizon update and correction are performed on a mobile energy storage optimization regulation and control policy according to real-time information of a vehicle road network, such that the phenomenon of regulation and control deviation being too large caused by various types of uncertain factors is eliminated to the greatest possible extent. In the present invention, a mobile energy storage driving path and a charging and discharging power are rationally regulated and controlled, guidance is provided for an optimization scheduling decision for mobile energy storage, and therefore, high reliability running of a power distribution network is supported.
