Abstract:
This method for generating a trained model includes a step (S110) for acquiring a process state parameter for each single charge, a step (S130) for applying machine learning to a dataset of one or a plurality of process state parameters acquired for charges of m portions (where m is an integer equal to or greater than 2) and executing pre-processing, a step (S140) for generating a training dataset, and a step (S150) for generating a trained model. The training dataset includes one or a plurality of process target parameters generated on the basis of n-dimensional feature quantities (where n is an integer equal to or greater than 1) extracted in pre-processing, the process target parameters indicating at least process basic information that is set for each single charge.
