Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for hydrophobically modifying the surface of a zinc aluminate thin film, the method causing the surface of the zinc aluminate thin film to have fingerprint resistance and contamination resistance even when stored while exposed to air for a long time and, more specifically, to a method for hydrophobically modifying the surface of a zinc aluminate thin film, the method heat treating a zinc aluminate thin film in an anoxic atmosphere so that contact angle characteristics are maintained even when neglected while exposed to air after heat treatment.
