Abstract:

A method for improving the tear resistance of a stretching film. The method is compositing two layers of stretching film through adhesive hot pressing or through ultraviolet curing in such a form that the main stretching directions intersect each other. The method can make the notched tear strength of the composite film prepared be significantly enhanced and the tear resistance be obviously improved compared to a monolayer biaxial stretching film with the same thickness, and is widely applicable to improving the tear resistance of stretching films of the existing various materials and production processes; and the method is simple in operation and is easy to realize on a large scale.
