Abstract:
A method for installing a large-scale ship reception chamber of a vertical ship elevator comprises the following steps: 1. segmentation of a ship reception chamber; 2. measurement and placement of a positioning datum for installing the ship reception chamber; 3. arrangement of tool set up for assisting with installation and positioning of the ship reception chamber; 4. setting of segmentation gestures of the ship reception chamber when on-site installation of a ship chamber is performed in advance; 5. hoisting and placement of segments of the ship reception chamber; and 6. Implementation of tight contact between the segments of the ship reception chamber and corresponding tool set up groups, so that installation of a large-scale ship reception chamber of a vertical ship elevator is completed. Further provided is a tool set up apparatus for assisting with installation and positioning of a large-scale ship reception chamber of a vertical ship elevator, which comprises a steel molding bed (1), multiple wedge-shaped slabs (2) being arranged on an upper surface of the steel molding bed (1), and square Teflon shoes (3) being arranged on the multiple block wedge-shaped slabs (2).
