Abstract:
A method and device for integrating an ammoximation reaction and separation. In the method, titanium-silicon molecular sieve is used as a catalyst; an ammoximation reaction of a ketone, hydrogen peroxide and ammonia is carried out to generate an oxime; after separating a clear liquid from the reaction material by passing through cross-flow filtration, an inert alkane solvent is added to an extracted portion to extract the oxime; and the turbid liquid containing the catalyst is recycled back into the reaction system. The method for integrating reaction and separation can reduce the filtration load of a cross-flow membrane, reducing catalyst consumption, reducing investment and operation costs, and having excellent industrial application prospects.
