A method for management of a parking space, a computer system (70) implementing same, and a computer-readable storage medium. The method for management of a parking space comprises the following steps executed by the computer system (70): A: determining, on the basis of state data, a target vehicle that may use a parking service, the state data being used for describing a traffic state of a road near a parking area and a driving state of a vehicle on the road; B: pushing information of an available parking space or allocated parking space to a mobile terminal near the target vehicle; C: in response to a parking place reservation request from the mobile terminal, determining whether to establish a binding relationship between the mobile terminal that sends the parking place reservation request and the target vehicle; and D: updating a parking space state in response to an event that the target vehicle bound to the mobile terminal that sends the parking place reservation request enters or leaves a reserved parking space.
