Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of communications. Disclosed are a method for locating a clock fault and a network apparatus. In the method, a network apparatus locates a source of a clock fault according to whether frequency offsets between multiple input clocks and a local clock exceed a frequency offset threshold, or according to whether frequency offsets between the multiple input clocks exceed a relative frequency offset threshold, thereby improving the accuracy of frequency offset detection.
