Abstract:
A L-shaped pipe fittings includes a first straight connecting pipe, a second straight
connecting pipe, a L-shaped pre-welding connecting piece. The first straight
connecting pipe and the second straight connecting pipe are jointed to be a L shape.
A groove is provided on the connecting end of each connecting pipes for inserting
a welding rod. One end of the L-shaped pre-welding connecting piece is inserted
into the first straight connecting pipe and fixed by welding through the groove
in the first straight connecting pipe. The other end of the L-shaped pre-welding
connecting piece is inserted in the second straight connecting pipe and fixed
by welding through the groove in the second straight connecting pipe. Adopting
the above structure, the welding lines between the pre-welding piece and the
connecting pipes are at the interior of the connecting pipes. Compared with prior
art, the L-shaped pipe fittings of the present invention can increase anti-folding
strength, and the external surface of the L-shaped pipe fittings does not need
to be polished, and saving the polishing procedure.
