Abstract:
One disclosure of the present specification provides a method by which an access and mobility management function (AMF) performs communication. The method comprises the steps: receiving a first message from a source base station, wherein the first message includes information that a handover of a user equipment (UE) is required; transmitting a handover request message to a target base station, wherein the handover request message includes information on a first network slice related to a PDU session used by the UE; receiving a second message from the target base station, wherein the second message includes remapping information, and the remapping information includes information that network slice remapping has been performed from the first network slice to a second network slice for the PDU session; transmitting, on the basis of the remapping information, an update request message for network slice information for the PDU session by using a session management function (SMF), wherein the network slice information is updated by means of a policy control function (PCF) and delivered to the UE.
