Abstract:
A method for manufacturing an array microprism structure. In the array microprism structure, microprism units constituting the array are all the same, the structure of each microprism unit is represented by the length L of a base edge and an angle a between an oblique edge and the base edge, the refractive index of air and the refractive index of an array microprism material are represented by n1 and n2, respectively, and light passing through the array microprism enters eyes at an angle b, angle b referring to the angle between the light and the y-axis. On the basis of traditional photoetching technology, a continuous change of exposure is introduced to match a precise translation mechanism, so as to achieve manufacturing of an array microprism structure. Said method has the advantages that inclined planes can be machined, the structural precision is high, and on-line batch manufacturing can be realized.
