METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING BUILDING MATERIAL USING FOOD WASTE

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a building material using food waste. The manufacturing method comprises the steps of: α) putting collected food waste into a storage tank and adding water into the storage tank for washing; β) putting the washed food waste into a box-type dryer and primarily drying same at a temperature of 100℃ to 200℃ for 30 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes; γ) grinding the primarily dried food waste at a grinding speed of 100 to 300 σπν per minute for 20 minutes to 40 minutes; δ) mixing the ground food waste with submaterials, 1 kg to 3 kg of cement powder, 50 kg to 150 kg of red clay powder, and 0.5 kg to 1.5 kg of water bond, based on 500 kg of the ground food waste; ε) putting the mixture into a compression means and molding same into a certain shape; ζ) secondly drying the molded product in the open air for 8 to 12 hours through natural drying; η) thirdly drying the secondly dried molded product in a conveyor (γοξχεψοσ) dryer at a temperature of 100℃ to 200℃ for 30 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes; and θ) fourthly drying the thirdly dried molded product in the conveyor dryer at a temperature of 300℃ to 400℃ for 20 to 60 minutes.
