Abstract:
A method of manufacturing dyed plaster masses, consisting of binder, fillers, improving additives, dyestuffs and water characterised by the fact that pressurised water dyed advantageously with the help of pastes and pigmenting powders is transferred into flow mixers of plaster masses. A method in accordance with the invention allows to obtain dyed plaster mass of desired colour directly on the building site.

Patent claims
1. A method of manufacturing dyed plaster masses consisting of binder, fillers, improving additives, dyestuffs and water, characterised by the fact that in flow mixers of plaster masses, water dyed advantageously with the help of pastes and pigmenting powders, is being added to the dry mixture of fillers and binder. A method, in accordance with Claim 1 characterised by the fact that the surplus of dyed water retums to the tank enforcing permanent stirring of dyed water. A method in accordance with Claim 2, characterised by the fact that compressed air is being pushed to the bottom zone of the tank containing dyed water.
Description:
A method of manufacturing dyed plaster masses The subject of invention is a method of manufacturing plaster masses for the external plaster coverings executed on the building site.

A widely known and commonly applied method of manufacturing dyed plaster mass consists in adding dry dyestuffs to the dry mixture being a composition of binder and fillers; most frequently cements, aggregates and improving additives. This process takes place concurrently with the production of the dry plaster mass from dry powder products in flow mixer, or is a separate dying process consisting in adding dry dyestuff to the ready dry plaster mass, packed in sacks or in small silos, for example, and in mechanical mixing of the whole. The mass produced in such a way is linked in the building site conditions with clean water, resulting in dyed plaster mass.

A method of manufacturing dyed plaster mass in accordance with invention is characterised by the fact that in flow mixers containing the plaster mass water dyed with the use of pastes and pigmented powders, is added to the dry mixtures of the filler and binder, manufactured with the use of traditional methods. A surplus of dyed water returns to the tank enforcing permanent stirring. Compressed air is sent to the zone just above the bottom of the tank containing dyed water.

A method of manufacturing dyed plaster masses in accordance with this invention permits to obtain dyed plaster mass of any quantity, even the small one, necessary to cover the plastered surfaces, directly on the building site. It permits also to obtain in a fast way different colours of the plaster mass, based on uniform materials to be dyed and to decrease wastes and residuals of non-utilised materials.

It turned unexpectedly out that the plaster mass obtained by the method in accordance with the invention is characterised by much higher stability and uniformity of resulting colours, as well as by the possibility of obtaining darker colours than those obtained with the use of methods hitherto applied.

An example of the invention execution.

A dyed composition of pigmenting pastes in proportion to 1000 1: black liquid pigment 2400 mi black paste, concentrate, 110 ml, red paste, concentrate, 70 ml, water arrives from the pump under the pressure of 4 bar through the three-way safety valve to the flow mixer. The electrovalve of the flow mixer opens and dyed water under the pressure of 2,5 bar is mixed in pre-set proportion of 40 I per 100 kgs of plaster, directly with the powdered plaster, being the minera, light, cement three-layer structural plaster of 2-mm granularity, sent from the silo, forming a uniformly dyed plaster mass of grey colour.

A water surplus returns to the tank through the safety valve enforcing permanent stirring of dyed water. In the bottom zone of the tank a compressed air of pressure higher than the atmospheric one arrives from the compressor.
