Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a method for manufacturing a flexible OLED display panel, comprising: providing a rigid substrate, and forming a flexible base on the rigid substrate by using a coating process; forming a thin film transistor array layer on the flexible base by using an electronic printing process; forming an OLED display unit on the thin film transistor array layer by using an electronic printing process; forming an encapsulation layer on the OLED display unit by using an electronic printing process; forming a protective cover plate on the encapsulation layer by using a coating process; and peeling the rigid substrate off the flexible base by using a laser peeling process. The present invention uses a coating or printing process to manufacture layered structures in the OLED display panel, effectively reducing the total thickness of the device, and increasing the adhesion between the layered structures, thereby avoiding the problem of wrinkling or peeling the flexible OLED display panel when being bent.
