Abstract:
This method for manufacturing a flow channel plate is provided with: a hole formation step in which two or more holes are formed in a band-shaped first substrate (40) in a direction orthogonal to the width direction of the first substrate (40), each of the holes extending in the width direction of the first substrate (40) and having a first width in a direction orthogonal to the width direction; and a flow-channel-formation-plate formation step in which the first substrate (40), in which the two or more holes are formed, is bent to form a wave-shaped flow channel formation plate (41) provided with peak parts and valley parts such that apex parts extend in the width direction of the first substrate. In the flow-channel-formation-plate formation step, each of the holes in the first substrate (40) is disposed at the position of either a valley part for which one full wavelength is defined by the apex of a peak part and the apex of another peak part adjacent to said peak part, or a peak part for which one full wavelength is defined by the apex of a valley part and the apex of another valley part adjacent to said valley part, and the first substrate (40) is bent. This method for manufacturing a flow channel plate is furthermore provided with a flow channel plate formation step in which the apex part of a valley part or peak part of the flow channel formation plate (41) and a plate surface of a band-shaped second substrate (50) are bonded together to form a flow channel plate (80).
