Abstract:
Provided is a method for manufacturing a foamed molded article formed integrally with a surface skin, wherein gas evolution is suppressed in preparing a carbon dioxide gas-containing liquid by dissolving carbon dioxide gas in a first starting material, which comprises polyol as the main component, while applying pressure thereto.
The method for manufacturing a foamed molded article formed integrally with a surface skin comprises: a first step for dissolving carbon dioxide gas (C) in a first starting material (1), which comprises polyol as the main component, while applying pressure thereto without forcibly stirring to prepare a carbon dioxide gas-containing liquid (12); a second step for impingement mixing a second starting material (2), which comprises isocyanate as the main component, with the carbon dioxide gas-containing liquid (12) in a high-pressure foaming machine (16) to induce urethane foaming; and a third step for injecting a urethane foaming agent (15), which is formed in the second step, in a pressurized state into the surface skin of the foamed molded article formed integrally with a surface skin.
