Abstract:
The present application relates to: a method for manufacturing a frozen block, the method comprising the steps of (A) mixing meat, salts, vegetables, and alpha starch, (B) molding the mixture, (C) steaming the molded article, and (D) freezing the steamed molded article; a frozen block which contains meat, salts, vegetables, and alpha starch, and in which the meat and vegetables are attached to each other, wherein at least 80 wt% of the meat and vegetables with respect to the total weight of the frozen block comprising the meat and vegetables becomes detached from each other within one minute of the frozen block being stirred after being placed in water and irradiated with microwaves of 2.45 GHz and 700 W for two minutes; a frozen food including the frozen block, wherein the frozen block contains meat, salts, vegetables, and alpha starch, the meat and vegetables are attached to each other, and at least 80 wt% of the meat and vegetables with respect to the total weight of the frozen block containing the meat and vegetables becomes detached from each other within one minute of the frozen block being stirred after being placed in water and irradiated with microwaves of 2.45 GHz and 700 W for two minutes; and a microwavable frozen food including a frozen block, a frozen sauce, and frozen solid ingredients in a predetermined container, wherein the frozen block contains meat, salts, vegetables, and alpha starch, the meat and vegetables are attached to each other, and the frozen food is cooked by putting water into the container and using microwaves.
