Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a grating-fixing clip, wherein a saddle clip (20) fixed on top of a grating (10) is coupled to a lower clip (40) which is positioned under the grating (10) to fix an angle or H-beam (30) to couple same to the grating (10), the saddle clip (20) and the lower clip (40) are coupled to each other by a bolt (50), and the lower clip (40) consists of an elongated horizontal part (41) in the shape of a channel having a rectangular cross-section of which the center of a lower side is open, and a shoulder part (42) rotatably installed at a front end of the horizontal part (41) and formed to protrude vertically upward, wherein a flange hole (1) tapped on the inside thereof and having a downward protrusion is formed in the center of the horizontal part (41), and the bolt (50) is coupled to the flange hole (1). Accordingly, by forming a protrusion by forming the tapped flange hole (protrusion) on the lower clip, the present invention can be used without nuts or the like, and as a result enables more convenient installation of a grating in a limited space; by means of the elongated horizontal part in the shape of a channel having a rectangular cross-section of which the center of a lower side is open, the present invention can be standardized so as to be installed on an angle or H-beam of various dimensions; and the present invention has no part of the bolt protruding above from the grating, and is thus significantly safe.
