Abstract:
One embodiment of the present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a green sheet, a method of manufacturing a sintered silicon nitride or a green sheet molding material. This method of manufacturing a green sheet comprises: a step for preparing an aqueous silicon nitride slurry which contains at least silicon nitride, water and a binder and in which the content of water is 10-70 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of silicon nitride; a decompression treatment step for subjecting the aqueous silicon nitride slurry to a decompression treatment to give a slurry for molding green sheet; and a sheet molding step for molding the slurry for molding green sheet into a molded sheet.
