Abstract:
[Problem] To obtain, on the basis of a commercially available release liner-attached double-sided tape, a double-sided tape for which a half-cut process is completed with a simple procedure without directly touching an adhesive layer with a cutter during the half-cut process. [Solution] The present invention includes: a step for forming a process protective layer on a release liner-attached double-sided tape 100 by delivering each of the release liner-attached double-sided tape 100 and a release paper tape 130 for processing, and by making the same to abut on each other; a half-cut step for continuously performing half-cut on the release liner-attached double-sided tape 100 in which the process protective layer is formed, and making a state in which a plurality of pieces of the double-sided tape having appropriate sizes are held on a release liner 120; and a step for winding, while peeling the release paper tape 130 for processing, the half-cut finished release liner-attached double-sided tape 100A for which half-cut has been completed. In the half-cut step, peeling becomes easy when a widthwise cut region that is cut in the width direction and a widthwise non-cut region that is not cut are formed.
