Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a heat transfer sheet, the method comprising: a primary sheet formation step for forming a primary sheet, which contains an organic polymer compound and heat transfer particles, on a substrate unwound from a roll; a laminate formation step for winding the primary sheet and forming a laminate of the primary sheet; and a slicing step for slicing the laminate of the primary sheet along the thickness direction.
