Abstract:
According to the present invention, when performing shearing at a plurality of locations in the longitudinal direction of a hollow raw material, shearing is performed at a bending position among the plurality of locations after causing a heating device and a cooling device to tilt in a first direction based on a reference direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction, and shearing is performed in a direction different from that of said bending position at a bending position to be processed later than said bending position among the plurality of locations after causing the heating device and the cooling device to tilt in a second direction different from the first direction based on the reference direction.
