Provided is a method for manufacturing an ink containing a microstructure. The method for manufacturing an ink containing a microstructure comprises the steps of: preparing a substrate on which a plurality of microstructures including at least one normal microstructure and at least one defective microstructure are formed; delimiting, from the substrate, a defective region including a region in which the defective microstructure is positioned; combining the microstructures positioned in the defective region, thereby forming an element structure; separating the plurality of microstructures from the substrate; and separating the normal microstructure and the element structure from each other.
