Abstract:
Provided is a method for manufacturing a laminate member in which it is possible to impart flexibility to an insulation layer when manufacturing a laminate member comprising a substrate and an insulation layer overlapping the substrate, and in which the surface of the insulation layer is readily smoothed. The method for manufacturing a laminate member (1) according to the present invention includes the following steps. A lamination step for laminating a substrate (2), a resin layer (4), and a resin film (5) in the stated order. A curing step for curing the resin layer (4) by causing a reaction of curable components, thereby producing an insulation layer (3) so as to overlap the substrate (2). A peeling step for peeling the resin film (5) from the resin layer (4) or the insulation layer (3) after the reaction of the curable components has been started.
