Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a magnet module. A method for manufacturing a magnet module, according to an embodiment of the present invention, may comprise injection-molding a magnet module comprising a plurality of non-magnetized magnets arranged in a straight line and magnetizing the non-magnetized magnets mounted on the injection-molded magnet module. The injection-molding may comprise mounting non-magnetized magnets on a first portion of a mold consisting of at least two casts having inner portions molded to fit the outer appearance of a magnet module, the first portion forming a frame of the magnet module, injecting resin in a liquid state into the mold, and separating, when the resin is hardened, the mold from the hardened resin, thereby injection-molding the magnet module frame. In addition, before the resin in a liquid state is injected into the mold, a metal plate may be mounted on a second portion of the mold, the second portion forming the base of the magnet module. Pins for fixing the non-magnetized magnets may protrude from the at least two casts. Accordingly, the manufacturing process of a magnet module is simplified, thereby increasing the manufacturing efficiency.
