Abstract:
A method of manufacturing a masterlink according to the present invention comprises: a first step of forge processing a base material of a certain size in order to manufacture a forged block; a second step of heat treating and forming the forged block; and a third step of cutting the forged block with a waterjet so as to divide the forged block into a first divided link portion having a first tooth shape on one side thereof, and a second divided link portion having a second tooth shape that is integrated with the first tooth shape.
