Abstract:
Provided is a method for manufacturing a laminate clad with a plurality of metals. The manufacturing method comprises at least: a thermocompression bonding step for continuously thermocompression-bonding laminate materials, the laminate materials being at least composed of at least one pair of thermoplastic liquid crystal polymer films (F, F) in contact with each other, and at least one pair of metal foils (M1, M2) arranged in contact with the respective outer surfaces of the pair of thermoplastic liquid crystal polymer films (F, F); and a thermoplastic liquid crystal polymer film separation step for separating the at least one pair of thermoplastic liquid crystal polymer films (F, F) in contact with each other after the thermocompression bonding step, wherein at least one thermoplastic liquid crystal polymer film of the at least one pair of separated thermoplastic liquid crystal polymer films (F, F) has an in-plane crystal orientation degree fp smaller than a crystal orientation degree fv in the thickness direction.
