Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing metal nanowire films, and more particularly, to a method for manufacturing metal nanowire films aligned by a tension method in which metal nanowires are synthesized using a chemical wet synthesis method to manufacture a metal polymer film and then the metal polymer is extended to align metal nanowires within the metal polymer film in one direction, thereby manufacturing metal nanowire films at low costs. The aligned Ag nanowire films may be utilized for fine circuits, nanowire-grid polarizers, nano photonic crystals, and nano photonic wave guides. In addition, the Ag nanowire films may be applied and utilized as a substrate for improving an S/N ratio of a Raman spectroscopy, surface Plasmon spectroscopy, or atomic force microscope.
