Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a molded product using coffee grounds according to the present invention comprises: a drying step for drying coffee grounds; a sieving step for sieving the coffee grounds that were dried in the drying step; a coffee grounds mixing step for mixing, with a gypsum mixture, the coffee grounds that were sieved in the sieving step; and a molding step of inserting the mixture that was prepared in the coffee grounds mixing step into a mold, and molding same. The molded product manufactured through this process reuses discarded coffee grounds and is thus eco-friendly, and exhibits excellent mechanical properties, thus providing a molded product that can be used for various purposes such as flowerpots, candle containers, interior accessories, incense holders, and mobile phone holders.
