Abstract:
A circular tube-like body is formed by mounting a carcass material (24) to the outer peripheral side of a film (22) consisting of a thermoplastic resin or a thermoplastic elastomer composition, a primary molded body is formed by fitting bead rings (25) on opposite ends, in the width direction, of the circular tube-like body, and the primary molded body is sucked and held on the inner peripheral surface of a transfer and holding mold. After a rigid inner mold (11) is inserted into the primary molded body, the suction is stopped and the primary molded body is transferred to the outer peripheral surface of the rigid inner mold (11). Then, on the rigid inner mold (11), another tire constituting member is overlaid on the outer peripheral surface of the primary molded body to mold a green tire (G). After that, the green tire (G), from which the rigid inner mold (11) has been removed, is mounted inside a vulcanizing mold, the vulcanizing mold is heated to a predetermined temperature, the film (22) is inflated from the inner peripheral side and heated to vulcanize the green tire (G). Thus, the film (22) is made to be in close contact with and joined to the inner peripheral surface of the tire to form an inner layer.
