Abstract:
A powder material (M) mainly composed of metal powder is supplied by spraying from a nozzle (51) onto the surface of a base (10) along the planar shape of a blade to be formed; meanwhile, the powder material (M) is melted and solidified with a high-energy beam (B) emitted to a position where the blade is to be formed, so that low-profile shaped parts (11) with a predetermined width are successively formed on the base (10). The forming step is repeated to stack the shaped parts (11) according to the height of the blade, so that the blade raised with a predetermined width and a height exceeding the width on the base (10) is formed so as to be integral with the base (10). Thereafter, the upper edge of the blade is sharpened.
