Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for manufacturing seasoned sliced raw pollack added with abalone and seasoned sliced raw pollack added with abalone manufactured thereby, the method comprising the steps of: (a) slicing pollack meat, from which the skin has been removed; (b) preparing abalone by slicing same; and (c) adding 3-50 parts by weight of the prepared sliced abalone to 100 parts by weight of the prepared sliced raw pollack, and adding salt, red pepper powder, garlic, ginger, sugar, starch syrup, vinegar, and sesame seeds, followed by mixing.
