Abstract:
The present specification relates to a method for manufacturing a skin regeneration sheet customized for a patient with a diabetic foot disease, and a skin regeneration sheet customized for a patient with a diabetic foot disease, manufactured thereby, the method comprising the steps of: A) extracting autologous fat tissue; B) removing fiber in the autologous fat tissue by using a first filter having a pore diameter of 2 to 3 mm; C) pulverizing the autologous fat tissue by allowing the autologous fat tissue, from which fiber is removed, to sequentially pass through a second filter having a pore diameter of 450 to 550 ㎛ and a third filter having a pore diameter of 150 to 250 ㎛; D) obtaining a fat tissue extract by extracting the pulverized autologous fat tissue collected in a fourth filter having a pore diameter of 25 to 75 ㎛; E) obtaining three-dimensional data about areas of skin defects of a patient by using a 3D scanner, and then manufacturing a 3D mold corresponding to the skin defect areas by using a 3D printer on the basis of the data; F) forming a proto-layer by applying, to the inside of the 3D mold, a first liquid comprising the fat tissue extract and fibrinogen; G) applying, onto the proto-layer, a second liquid comprising thrombin, so as to cure same as a skin regeneration layer; and H) removing the 3D mold.
