Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a solid insulation member and an insulation member thereof are provided. The method for manufacturing an insulation member of the present invention comprises the steps of: manufacturing a 3D printing material by using a mixed material in which one or more materials selected from polycarbonate (PC), polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS), polyamide (PA), polyoxymethylene (POM), and polyethyleneterephthalate (PET), at least one filler selected from TiO2, SiO2, and Al2O3, and a curing agent, wherein the 3D printing material is made of a mixed material containing different amounts of fillers at regular intervals in a longitudinal direction; and manufacturing a desired insulation member by sequentially stacking the manufactured 3D printing material by means of a 3D printer, wherein the insulating member is made of the mixed material by sequentially stacking the mixed material containing different amounts of fillers at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction.
