Abstract:
Provided is a method of manufacturing a transdermal absorption sheet which can stably manufacture the shape of the transdermal absorption sheet. This method of manufacturing a transdermal absorption sheet includes: a step of forming a drug layer (110) in a needle-shaped recess portion (42) of a mold (50) that has the needle-shaped recess portion (42); a step of supplying a polymer layer forming liquid (112) to the inside of a stepped portion (52) of the mold (50); a step of drying the polymer layer forming liquid (112) and forming a polymer layer (114) to form a transdermal absorption sheet (120); and a step of releasing the transdermal absorption sheet (120) from the mold (50). In the releasing step, a pressing force is applied to a part of the stepped portion (52) in a second direction (B) opposite a first direction (A) in which the transdermal absorption sheet (120) is released from the mold (50) and by suctioning the transdermal absorption sheet (120) with a vacuum suction pad (160) from the side of the transdermal absorption sheet (120) opposite to that of the mold (50), the absorption sheet (120) is released from the mold in the first direction (A).
