Abstract:
A method for providing a specialized massage program to a user according to one aspect comprises the steps of: obtaining information on the intensity and frequency of stimulation for each body part of the user through a sensor; predicting the current state of the user by combining the obtained information and pre-stored information on the basis of machine learning; and providing a massage according to the massage program selected on the basis of the predicted current state.
