Abstract:
A method for measuring the ee value of a chiral molecule, the steps comprising: preparing a host solution containing a preset host molecule (S100); adding into the host solution a guest solution having a saturated concentration of a chiral molecule to be measured to produce a solution to be measured having CD signal saturation (S200); measuring a first CD signal strength value of solution to be measured at a preset position on a CD spectrum, and substituting the first CD signal strength value into a preset standard curve equation to calculate the ee value of the chiral molecule to be measured (S300).
