Abstract:
Suggested in a technical objective to be achieved by the present invention is a method for measuring a leakage resistance and leakage capacitor, the method in which the existence of both a leakage resistance and a leakage capacitor in both + and – sides of a DC line can be detected by using a sample-insulation-measurement principle in which a high-voltage generation voltage generated in a photovoltaic power generator is sampled and insulated to be changed into a low voltage. In the method for measuring a leakage resistance and leakage capacitor, the floating circuit is electrically connected to a second connection socket of the photovoltaic power generator to be used for measuring the existence of a leakage resistance in a path of a leakage from a terminal of a solar cell panel constituting the photovoltaic power generator to a grounding.
