Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for mediating the leasing and purchasing of heavy equipment. A method for mediating the leasing and purchasing of heavy equipment according to an embodiment of the present invention is characterized by including the steps in which: a first user terminal receives first heavy equipment information about each of a plurality of pieces of first heavy equipment held by a first user, and registers the information on a mediation server; a second user terminal acquires at least one among a photo and a video of a work site at which heavy equipment that a second user desires to lease or purchase is to be used, and acquires a memo including the lease period or time of purchase; the mediation server uses the memo and the at least one among the photo and the video to extract second heavy equipment information about at least one piece of second heavy equipment useable at the work site from the first heavy equipment information about each of the plurality of pieces of first heavy equipment; the mediation server uses the at least one among the photo and the video, the memo, and the second heavy equipment information about each of the at least one piece of second heavy equipment to generate lease information or purchase information about the at least one piece of second heavy equipment; and the mediation server transmits the second heavy equipment information about the at least one piece of second heavy equipment, and the lease information or the purchase information to the second user terminal.
