Abstract:
The present invention solves the problems of high impact resistance and "warping" of a molded article by means of a method in which a mold MA and a mold MB which are a male/female pair of molds are used, a material A in the mold MA and a material B in the mold MB are brought into contact and subjected to compression molding, and a molded body is produced, wherein the material A includes carbon fibers and a thermoplastic resin M1, the material B includes glass fibers and a thermoplastic resin M2, the molded article comprises a pair of side walls and a connecting wall connecting the side walls, the cross section of the molded body has a wavy shape, and the relationship between the flatness Fa of the molded body and the height h of the side walls satisfies 0 ≤ Fa/h < 1.3.
