Abstract:
Provided in the embodiments of the present application are a method for periodic mapping and a network device. The method comprises: a downstream first network device receiving first information sent by an upstream second network device, the first information carrying a number of a first period of the second network device, which is referred to as a first number, wherein the first number comprises a first tag number and a first group number; according to a mapping relationship between a second tag number and second group number comprised in the number of the first period that may send the first information and the first tag number and first group number, the first network device establishing a mapping relationship between numbers of a plurality of periods of the first network device and numbers of a plurality of periods of the second network device. The technical solution provided in the present application may establish a mapping relationship between periods of different network devices to improve the instantaneity of message scheduling.
