Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for predicting an absorbance change by intermolecular interaction and, more particularly, to a method for predicting an absorbance change by the intermolecular interaction between screenable molecules, in which, by calculating absorbance according to the type of interaction and binding between amino acids and a target material by using first-principles calculation based on density functional theory (DFT), a change in optical properties when a target material is adsorbed onto a peptide in which 20 kinds of amino acids or two or more amino acids are bound can be predicted and screened.
